This traditional ‘Oxbridge’ style hall has a long standing reputation for the welcoming and friendly atmosphere extended to its delegates. Situated in a quiet residential area just one mile from the main University campus, Devonshire Hall is ideal for self-contained groups.
Most of the year the maximum capacity is 60 delegates in a theatre style arrangement, with a selection of smaller rooms that are ideal for breakout sessions or smaller events.
Available during university vacations, the Main Conference Room can seat up to 120 delegates in a theatre style.
All rooms are flat floored and have black out facilities. The Hall has an impressive choice of additional facilities including tennis, snooker and lounge bar.

Bedrooms are only available during vacation periods.
Devonshire Hall has 554 beds arranged in a mixture of single study bedrooms (431), where each room has its own wash basin, but toilet and shower facilities are shared and ensuite (123) layouts.
