From intimate to large-scale, traditional to contemporary, and ambient to immersive – our venues offer extensive branding opportunities and a captivating environment to make a lasting impression.

The Refectory is our most versatile reception and dinner venue for up to 600 people, and it can also be arranged for much smaller set-ups. For an interesting talking point among your guests, The Who’s iconic Live at Leeds album was recorded in this space. Imagery of the band and other prestigious visitors we’ve welcomed here over the years are a fascinating addition to the aesthetic.

If you’re looking for grandeur, our Great Hall features beautiful gothic architecture and is ideal for larger-scale formal occasions. University House, centrally located on campus, offers a more contemporary setting, with a choice of seven flexible rooms of varying size.

Cloth Hall Court is our new dedicated city centre venue, conveniently situated just a two-minute walk from Leeds Railway Station. This Grade II listed building is steeped in history and is ideal for corporate receptions and dinners.
