Perfect for board meetings
2 boardrooms: one contemporary and one classic, fit for any type of meeting or interview.
An 1850’s Hall of Residence offering conference facilities year-round and standard accommodation.
Situated at the heart of the university campus and dating back to 1886, Lyddon Hall is one of the oldest Halls of Residence within the University.
Although it has undergone a modern refurbishment, many original features have been retained including the oak parquet flooring in the main entrance and an open staircase leading to the upper floors.
With 2 meeting rooms: the contemporary Clifford Allbutt Room and the classic Lydgate Room, Lyddon Hall is the perfect location for clients wishing to hold small self-contained meetings on the main campus.
Bedrooms are only available during vacation periods.
Lyddon Hall has 70 beds arranged in single study bedrooms, where each room has its own wash basin, but toilet and shower facilities are shared.
The University campus has many fully accessible routes to all areas, with ramps and automatic or electric doors to buildings. Read the Lyddon Hall Access Statement, or visit the AccessAble website for an access guide to the accommodation.
