As the UK’s 5th ranked university for music studies in 2023, the University of Leeds is globally renowned for research and innovation in this field. Our purpose-built School of Music is the home of our world-leading work and offers a beautifully appointed, self-contained venue for hosting conferences, concerts and events for up to 250 delegates.
Following a £1.4million refurbishment, the flagship Clothworkers Centenary Concert Hall features state-of-the-art technical facilities and offers a uniquely inspiring environment for conferences, presentations, award ceremonies, concerts and other arts performances.
The adjacent Concert Hall Foyer is a versatile space which can be used for delegate registration, refreshments, networking or exhibition stands.
Six additional suites within the building can be hired for a range of other breakout activities. The School of Music’s technologically advanced infrastructure makes this an ideal venue for hosting virtual and hybrid events. The building is equipped with everything needed to deliver a seamless experience, for both in person and remote participants.
