We are thrilled to host the UK Corporate Games 2024. The Games will take place from the 25th to the 28th July and the hub will be the University of Leeds.

Finding the right accommodation

We offer a range of onsite accommodation options, with rates starting from just £55 per room, per night. Our accommodation is the eco-friendly choice for responsible organisations and individuals seeking to minimise their impact on the environment, having been awarded Gold certification by the world-leading Green Tourism programme.

The building houses 459 en-suite bedrooms. It is also suitably equipped for delegates with specific accessibility requirements. Our fully-accessible bedrooms have achieved the highest assessment rating in all categories, under the National Accessible Scheme (NAS), making them suitable for guests with particular mobility, visual or hearing needs.

Lyddon Hall

Lyddon Hall is one of the oldest Halls of Residence within the University. Although it has undergone a modern refurbishment, many original features have been retained including the oak parquet flooring in the main entrance and an open staircase leading to the upper floors. Single bedrooms, central campus accommodation with shared bathroom facilities.

There are 2 meeting rooms onsite: the contemporary Clifford Allbutt Room and the classic Lydgate Room, Lyddon Hall is the perfect location for clients wishing to hold small self-contained meetings on the main campus.

Central Village

from £65

Located in Leeds city centre, on the edge of Campus. A selection of studio and up to six-bedroom apartments are available. Each apartment comprises of en-suite double bedrooms, as well as kitchen, dining and lounge areas.

Receptions and dining

Bring the team together after the Games and host your own dinner. From intimate to large-scale, traditional to contemporary, and ambient to immersive – our venues offer extensive branding opportunities and a captivating environment to make a lasting impression.

The Refectory is our most versatile reception and dinner venue for up to 600 people, and it can also be arranged for much smaller set-ups.
If you’re looking for grandeur, our Great Hall features beautiful gothic architecture and is ideal for larger-scale formal occasions.
University House, centrally located on campus, offers a more contemporary setting, with a choice of seven flexible rooms of varying size.
Cloth Hall Court is our new dedicated city centre venue, conveniently situated just a two-minute walk from Leeds Railway Station. This Grade II listed building is steeped in history and is ideal for corporate receptions and dinners.

Great Hall

The Great Hall is the focus for the University’s ceremonial activities, principally the main degree presentation ceremonies.

The Refectory

From a ‘Grab and Go’ format for lunches through to sit down, silver-service banquets for up to 600 people.

University House

It is the perfect location for clients looking for a venue for a small meeting, a VIP function or a celebratory event.

Cloth Hall Court

Cloth Hall Court is an exceptional conferencing experience from the University of Leeds, right in the heart of the city.

Parking

Parking on campus is limited, and we are also committed to reducing our carbon emissions, so we encourage staff, students, visitors and delegates to walk, cycle or take the train where possible.

Parking is complimentary with your Corporate Games ticket. You will have access to the Orange Zone Multi-Storey car park.
